Teaching
Bioinformatics BINF 701/702: the bioinformatics core course developed at the KU Center for Bioinformatics. The course is designed to introduce important concepts, methods, and tools used in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, with the emphasis on understanding and utilization of these concepts and algorithms. The objective is to help the students reach the cutting edge of bioinformatics and use the bioinformatics tools to solve the problems in their own research.
